A New Beginning

Leaving Upstate New York behind, I made Florida home and began a journey that would shape a lifetime of public service, leadership, and community impact. For nearly three decades, I have dedicated my career to serving our courts, improving public service, and helping government work better for the people it serves. Today, I'm ready to bring that experience home to Orange County.

From Clerk to Candidate

My public service journey began with the Orange County Clerk of Courts in 1998. Over nearly 20 years, I gained firsthand experience supporting one of Florida's busiest Clerk's Offices, leading technology initiatives that improved operations and enhanced the delivery of public services.

Those years gave me a deep appreciation for the important role the Clerk's Office plays in supporting our courts, safeguarding public records, and serving every resident of Orange County.

Faith, Family & Community

I am a devoted husband, proud father, and man of faith who believes leadership begins with serving others. I am proud to have spent many years serving local churches throughout Central Florida as a longtime minister and church musician. I am also blessed to serve as an owner of a startup technology consulting and digital transformation company - Dev.G9 Digital.

These experiences have shaped my values of integrity, humility, compassion, and servant leadership-principles that continue to guide both my personal life and professional career.

Early in my private-sector career, I identified an operational inefficiency and developed a proof of concept that transformed an idea into a scalable solution adopted across the organization. That initiative improved internal operations, enhanced the customer experience, and demonstrated the value of continuous improvement through practical innovation.

As my responsibilities expanded, I worked with courts throughout the country to identify trends, solve operational challenges, improve business processes, and strengthen client satisfaction. By listening, collaborating, and focusing on long-term solutions, I helped organizations achieve meaningful improvements while building lasting relationships with the people they serve.

Following my service with the Clerk's Office, I joined the private sector, where I spent several years helping courts and justice agencies modernize operations through innovative technology solutions and collaborative leadership.
